Our Wedding

Chris and Jody met six years ago at The Bulldog, a local bar in Baton Rouge. Jody had just returned from studying abroad and was starting her senior year of college, and Chris was at the start of his career. From the very beginning, Chris and Jody became each other’s biggest supporters. Chris stood by Jody through the highs and lows of law school, while Jody cheered Chris on through late nights and long hours at work. Over the years, Chris and Jody have grown side by side. Jody is currently an associate attorney at Pujol Irwin, LLC while Chris is a Distribution Manger at Capitol City Produce. Chris and Jody love traveling and experiencing new things together, whether it’s exploring new cities, trying every new and delicious food spot they can find, or spending cozy nights in with their precious dog, Coco. Chris proposed to Jody on March 5, 2025 during a vacation to the British Virgin Islands. Now, they are ready for their next chapter and can’t wait to celebrate this special moment with the people who mean the most to them.

Shuttle Transportation

Complimentary shuttle service will be provided on the day of the wedding for guests staying at the Fairfield Inn and nearby accommodations. Trolleys will run continuously from 4:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. between the Fairfield Inn and Reception. Due to limited parking at the reception, we highly encourage guests staying at the Fairfield Inn to take advantage of the complimentary shuttle service.

Additional Transportation

Should guests need other transportation, Ubers may be available in the area. Availability is not guaranteed. Additionally, Golf Cart Shuttles can be called at (850) 972-8485. Availability is not guaranteed.

Day of Transportation

We’ve reserved a room block at the Fairfield Inn &amp; Suites in Pensacola Beach for your convenience. Please book your room by March 20, 2026, to secure the special rate. The discounted rate is valid for stays from April 23, 2026 to April 26, 2026. Other nearby accommodations are also available if you should prefer a different option.

The Pensacola International Airport (PNS) is the closest airport to all the wedding activities and is just about 30 minutes from the Fairfield Inn in Pensacola Beach, making it a convenient option for travelers.
